岗位职责:


我们希望您具有8年以上专业背景(破碎筛分、钻机、地下凿岩台车或其他金属矿山设备),和成功的销售业绩。
General Objective:
Supports customers business by actively promoting and selling Sandvik Mining and Construction products and services with a view to expanding sales and Support the customer in as many businesses as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales opportunities for all Sandvik Mining and Construction (SMC) Business Lines.
Assess customers’ total potential with SMC product. Perform gap analysis by customer and site based on equipment population’s potential spend versus actual spend, prioritise these and determine action plan by customer site.
Assess customer equipment performance and reliability via parts availability and service effectiveness (eg operator training package) to ultimately reduce operational costs for the Customer.
Develop a sales and service plan for your designated accounts or territory.
Develop customer relationships that ensure Customers remain loyal to SMC brands.
Liaise between Customers and SMC to ensure all warranty claims are settled in a timely fashion and are fast tracked as much as possible.
Assess technical issues with all SMC equipment/product and prepare/submit quotations for small to medium expenditure for the Account Manager (eg parts and service, feeds, hammers, conveyors, crushers etc).
Provide feedback to Account Manager who will work with relevant PLM’s on recommended actions that may grow our business and provide closer customer support.
Assist when required in any local warehouse inventory stock takes (especially any consignment stocks) as directed.
Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with Company Values and current Company Policies and Procedures
Achieve budgeted revenue and GP.
Ensure Account is operating within SMC payment terms.
Provide feedback to SMC Personnel and the Customer to enable improvements to be made so that SMC can offer a continual improvement approach to the Customer.
Ensure Customers have latest SMC product technology enhancements and are aware of the latest developments to obtain better performance.
Continuously improve and update personal knowledge with respect to product development and technical innovation.
Carry out duties as instructed by your manager.


职位要求:


Qualification:
· Education background of Mechanical engineering or Mining Engineering.
· Successful track record in technical sales.
· Exposure to sales planning systems and service would be an advantage.
· A proven record in active listening skills.
· Knowledge of, and experience with hard rock mining equipment.
