Job Title: Service Manager/服务经理

Job Summary
? Responsible for giving the best customer service in the industry by providing machine service to our customers.
? This position is responsible to lead, develop, and mentor the Field Service Team to provide the industry best technical service and support to our customers.
? Ensure that all customer support activities are performed within established safety and performance guidelines with customer satisfaction as the primary goal.
? Plan service and training activities as required support our customer needs.
? Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements for service and work closely with the factory teams to help improve our products. Maintain great customer relationships - frequently contact our customers and reinforce existing relationships and seek opportunities with new customers.
? Perform administration tasks as required for record keeping, and to ensure that all required service is completed.
? Plan for the continuous improvement of the Field Service Team.
? Assist with customer issues. Assist customers with reviewing the correct parts for their machines. Work with customers on maintenance planning for equipment.
? Responsible for developing parts, service exchange and service sales opportunities within a specific geographic location or specific customer base as well as gathering current fleet operating hours and utilization factors from the assigned location.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
? Analyse and interpret customer requirements. Address product performance issues or product problem resolution using various resources. Work with company employees, channel partners and customers to develop their knowledge, acquire information and improve customer satisfaction
? Plan field service, training, and other technical support activities to provide the best customer support
? Work with customer & company personnel to diagnose equipment issues and repair machinery in the field or trouble shoot
? Work with the factory Quality and Engineering teams to develop and promote a customer service feedback system to assist the with the continuous improvement of our products
? Frequent travel may be required.
? Respond to all Customer inquiries on a daily basis and resolve any outstanding issues, mainly technical, often involving other internal departments.
? Review contracts and quotations to ensure appropriate service requirements can be met.
? Evaluate product warranty cases to determine the proper course of action..
? Identify opportunities for paid service contracts with customers. Formulate, negotiate, and implement contracts for service when appropriate.
? Daily management of service contracts currently in progress.
? Interface with the factory and Sales teams, advising them of customer concerns, machine population issues and revenue opportunities.
? Maintenance planning coordination between the customer and technical groups.
? Keep aware of new products, product changes, and required service campaigns.
? Performs other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree in related Business or ME field
Language: Fluent in English speaking and reading
Work Experience:
Minimum 8 years technical service experience. Over 3 year’s management experience
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in related field Business or ME.
? Over 8 year’s technical service experience. Over 3 years management experience.
? Fluent in English speaking and reading.
? Strong customer focus.
? Excellent Computer skills required.
? Trade or previous service experience within the construction sector is preferred.
? A thorough working knowledge of equipment operations.
? History of providing superior customer service to equipment dealers/customers
? Strong analytical background and organizational skills.
? Enthusiastic approach to resolution of customer issues.
? Excellent interpersonal skills.
? Demonstrated oral communications skills.
? Contract management skills.
